Professional Fees

 

You are responsible for paying at the time of your session unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Payment must be made by cash, check, or credit card.

 

Fee is $150 per session. 

 

If for some reason you cannot afford this rate, fees can be negotiated to an amount that honors and meets both of our needs. 

 

 

Insurance 

I will provide information necessary if you choose to bill your insurance company for covered services.

Please let me know upon initial visit if you plan to submit claims. 

Note that not all insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers. 

If you prefer to use a participating provider, I will refer you to a colleague.
